To ensure both sides quickly get a good impression, we keep the process structured and transparent. Individual steps may be added depending on the position.

Send Application
Send your CV (and optionally a short cover letter). If a project or topic particularly distinguishes you, we welcome 2–3 bullet points about it.

First Interview
We discuss expectations, tasks, and general conditions. Goal: mutually clarify whether the role, team, and working methods are a good fit.

Technical Exchange
Depending on the position, a more in-depth exchange with the department will follow. This will cover working methods, priorities, and specific interfaces in daily work.

Decision & Start
We will provide feedback promptly and discuss the next steps. We will coordinate onboarding and the start date together – clear, predictable, binding.
