As assistant to the management at BioGenius GmbH, I have the privilege of playing a central role in the company and witnessing the positive development of BioGenius at close quarters.
This year we are celebrating our 20th anniversary, an impressive milestone that reflects the successful history of our company and the quality of our services for our customers.
My role is particularly exciting as I support two managing directors, which means a varied and dynamic collaboration. This dual structure brings with it both exciting prospects and challenging tasks, as I am constantly balancing the different requirements and priorities - an enrichment that gives me a lot of pleasure and keeps my working day exciting.
It is a great pleasure to work in a creative and committed team with a strong team spirit and a high level of motivation. I am particularly proud of the fact that we have been able to maintain a family atmosphere despite our continuous growth. This work culture unites us and forms the foundation for the successes we can celebrate together.
I am excited about the coming years and look forward to seeing the additional milestones we will achieve together. It fills me with pride to be part of this dynamic and innovative company and to contribute to the continued development of BioGenius.
