From large-scale industry to a medium-sized company
After just over 10 years in large-scale chemical industry, I took the plunge and joined BioGenius GmbH, a medium-sized company. From the “Ruhrpott” to the Rhineland. The change was enormous at first, but it was definitely the right decision.
The diversity, the variety and the flexibility in everyday working life make the work interesting again and again. The close interaction within the team and the opportunity to get involved also promotes a relaxed atmosphere at work. Encouraging and challenging each individual helps us to progress as a team and as a company.
Transparency is very important here: what do I do for whom and, above all, why do I do it at all? It's nice to see what your own work results can achieve and ultimately contribute to something good. It's a good feeling to be a part of it.
Even after a year and a half, I still draw comparisons with previous employers in some areas and realize again and again how big the differences are, and in a positive way.
I am happy to be a part of BioGenius and believe that we can continue to shape the future together
