With the company since 2022
During my chemistry studies, I specialised intensively in physical chemistry. Since 2022, I have had the opportunity to apply and continuously develop my expertise in analytical chemistry at BioGenius. I have also been able to build up and deepen new skills, for example in ion chromatography.
BioGenius is an underdog compared to the well-known companies in the industry. Nevertheless, we have been able to make a name for ourselves in the industry by combining different competences and consistent quality. In recent times, our team has faced a number of challenges, particularly due to the departure of some colleagues, some of whom have retired.
Personally, I have been infected by innovative approaches and the inspiring corporate culture. Thanks to our joint efforts and flexible approaches, we have been able to successfully close any gaps that have arisen and train new employees quickly, efficiently and collegially. This commitment and team spirit make BioGenius an exceptional place to work.
When I started at BioGenius in 2022, the biological potency and analytics departments were still relatively separate. Since then, we have grown closer together as a company and have made impressive progress through our interdisciplinary collaboration.
BioGenius fosters an open and supportive work environment that allows everyone to realise their full potential. I am confident that we will continue on this path to ensure that only safe and effective products are authorised in the future.
