I have been working as a biological project manager at BioGenius GmbH since 2021 and have also taken on the role of GLP study director since 2023. These years have been characterised by inspiring teamwork and a motivated community.
At BioGenius, I appreciate not only the challenging tasks that enable the development of new skills, but also the unique position I hold as project manager for biological and analytical studies. The close collaboration and short lines of communication enable the effective use of competences from two departments.
Despite the usual challenges, I find BioGenius to be a place that combines clear corporate structures with room for innovation. The company supports my personal and professional development through training and specialised coaching, which makes me feel valued, supported and challenged. The open communication and the opportunity to contribute my own ideas strengthen my commitment.
