With spring this year came not only the beautiful weather, but also our call to leave the office behind and head out into the hustle and bustle of congresses, trade fairs and conferences.
Since March, our colleagues have been travelling internationally, both virtually and on site.
Off to Nürnberg
In Nürnberg, Mike Bublitz not only found an exotic animal world awaiting him at Interzoo 22. Animals also need protection against insects, for example ticks.
Here, too, it is important to test the effectiveness, and BioGenius is the competent partner at your side.
Important contacts were made with biocide manufacturers. In particular, the trend of soft biocides, which we had already reported on in April, was confirmed, because many new products on the subject of soft biocides were exhibited at the fair.
How beautiful Amsterdam is
Then on 1 June it was "Een warm welkom" for Alexander Brux in Amsterdam for the international trade fair PLMA - "World of Private Label".
"A trade fair we know well and will see again next time", reports Alexander Brux. Old and new contacts can be found here. The fair is simply a "must".
Since it was so nice, Mike Bublitz made his way to Amsterdam again in mid-June for Chemical Watch Expo 22.
As always, the event was a success. The information on the Green Deal, which of course has an impact on biocides, was particularly exciting. This led to interesting discussions with the contact persons in this field.
In our article in April, we had already reported on the effects of this. We are always available as a competent partner on the subject of "green deal".
ICUP: We were there!
This year the ICUP (International Conference on Urban Pests) took place again, now for the tenth time in Barcelona/Spain.
The international conference on pests: 3 days, approx. 200 participants, 70 lectures, workshops, poster sessions, etc.
Lots of interesting and new information on mosquitoes, wasps, cockroaches, bed bugs, rodents, new technologies, chemical control, alternative control options, medical entomology and much more.
New contacts were made, many acquaintances met and interesting discussions were held.
Conclusion: an all-round good, successful and recommendable event!
Welcome to BioGenius
We were pleased to open our doors again this year for customer visits. Up to now, appointments and coordination with customers had taken place rather virtually.
We are very happy about the personal contact and exchange and hope that this will continue to be possible in the second half of the year.
Now it's time for a summer break before we continue in the second half of the year. More exciting events await us there, such as FEA, SEPAWA, Biocides Europe and many more.
